Insurance We Accept

I'm in-network with most major insurance providers to help make quality mental health care accessible. If you don't see your plan listed, reach out, I'm happy to help clarify your coverage.

Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept insurance and am in-network with several providers. For out-of-network plans, I can provide a superbill, a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

A credit card is kept on file for copays and any fees not covered by insurance. If you have questions about fees or coverage before reaching out, include them in your message. There are no wrong questions.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You Have The Right

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services, including medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Get an Estimate

Request a written Good Faith Estimate from your health care provider at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling.

You have already done something by reading this far. That matters. There is no pressure and no deadline. Reaching out does not commit you to anything, it is simply a first step, and first steps are allowed to be small.
